Sir Alex Ferguson has announced to manutd.com that further arrivals to Manchester United are very unlikely. "It's the end of our business, so forget all these stories about who we're supposed to be getting."
The Scot believes United have done good business in what he regards a difficult summer. "There didn't need to be a kneejerk reaction to losing Cristiano Ronaldo. We did very well to keep him for six years. He wanted to go, and we allowed him to do that. We shouldn't panic because one or two players are leaving. I think we have a very, very good squad with good young players in all positions."
The Red Devils welcome Gabriel Obertan (Bordeaux), Antonio Valencia (Wigan) & Michael Owen (Newcastle) and bid farewell to Ronaldo (Real Madrid), Fraizer Campbell (Sunderland) & Lee Martin (Ipswich).
Raising around £85m probably is good business for share holders but what do you think about squad business.
